• Ensuring all surgical instruments, equipment and supplies are prepared, sterilized and accounted for prior to procedures.
• Monitoring patient vital signs and status continuously throughout the perioperative phase.
• Maintaining accurate and confidential patient records in accordance with standards and policies.
• Providing compassionate support and clear communication to patients and their families to alleviate pre-surgical anxiety.
