Job summary

Interior Health Authority is seeking a motivated and highly organized permanent part-time Registered Nurse Clinical Mentor to join and support our Perioperative team at Royal Inland Hospital.

This important role plays a key part in guiding, coaching, and fostering excellence within the perioperative environment, ensuring that high standards of patient care and safety are consistently maintained across the department.

Qualifications

• Must hold current Perioperative Nursing Certification.
• Experience in perioperative nursing and mentorship.
• Strong communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing mentorship, coaching, and orientation support to perioperative nursing staff.
• Assist nurses in developing advanced clinical skills and critical thinking within the surgical setting.
