Job summary

Winnipeg Regional Health Authority is seeking a Registered Nurse (N2) to join the Critical Care Resource Team in Winnipeg. The position is 0.60 FTE, in-person, with 7.75 daily hours and 2015 annual base hours, and requires ICU post-graduate experience, CRNM registration, and BLS Level C certification.

The successful candidate will work within the Critical Care Resource Team, maintain RHPA scope, and participate in ongoing professional standards.

Position Overview

Experience

• Post-graduate course in ICU nursing or equivalent experience required.

Education (Degree/Diploma/Certificate)

• Graduate of an approved Registered Nursing education program required.

Certification/Licensure/Registration

• Current CRNM registration required.
• Active participation in professional associations e.g. Association of Regulated Nurses of Manitoba (ARNM) preferred.
• Annual BLS Level C Registration/Re-Registration is required.

Qualifications and Skills

• Scope of practice as documented in the Regulated Health Professions Act (RHPA).
