Job summary

Collingwood General & Marine Hospital is seeking Registered Nurses to join our Overflow team. You will support temporary extended care in Med/Surg/Overflow areas, potentially assignment to units based on acuity, and work in a fast-paced environment with varied patient needs.

The role offers a competitive hourly rate ($41.15–$58.98) with shift premiums, and opportunities for education funding, loan forgiveness eligibility, and vacation pay in lieu.

Qualifications

• Current RN registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Current BCLS certificate
• ACLS certification (preferred)
• Coronary Care 1 certification (preferred)
• Experience with Meditech Expanse (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Contributes within the scope of an RN as a team member in the assessment, treatment, provision of care and health promotion for all patients
• Uses supportive, therapeutic, palliative, and rehabilitative means while adhering to the standards of the College of Nurses of Ontario
