• Collaborate with patients and families to develop and adjust care plans.
• Coordinate nursing care, set priorities, and delegate tasks as needed.
• Document assessments, interventions, and patient responses per Fraser Health standards.
• Participate in clinical committees, quality improvement, and ongoing education.
