Qualificações

• RN licensure required with BC College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM).
• Graduation from an approved nursing program.

Responsabilidades

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care per standards and policies.
• Collaborate with patients, families, and interprofessional team to ensure needs are met.
• Provide teaching to patients and families to promote self-care and understanding.
• Maintain accurate patient records and report significant changes promptly.
• Participate in discharge planning and advocate for patient autonomy and safety.
• Contribute to quality improvement activities and committee work.
