ParaMed Inc. in Canada is hiring Registered Nurses for community nursing roles and visiting assignments.

The position offers a $5,000 signing bonus for full-time work, with shifts including a 11pm–9am schedule and flexible visiting options. You will assess patients in their homes, develop and monitor care plans, and build trusting relationships while traveling to patient residences within a designated area.

Qualifications

• Registration with the CNO as a Registered Nurse in good standing.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle is required.
• Experience in delivering community care is an asset.
• Reliability and flexibility.
• Willingness to travel to and from patient residences within a designated area.

• Required on-call coverage, including after hours to ensure patient safety and to meet patient care needs.

In this community nursing role, as a Registered Nurse (RN) you will have scheduled visits to care for patients in various settings. You will work with patients of all ages with differing complexity of care needs and play a key role in helping patients remain comfortable in their homes for as long as possible.
