Job summary

Myo is engaging Vancouver-based clinics seeking Registered Massage Therapists to join a growing network of clinicians who share our mission and values. As an RMT you’ll deliver evidence-based, one-on-one care in a premium 1:1 model and build a sustainable caseload within our growth framework.

We offer mentorship with 70+ hours onboarding, ongoing professional development, and access to senior leadership, plus a structured pay-advance path, education reimbursement, and mental health support.

Qualifications

• Completion of a massage therapy education program recognized for entry to practice in BC.
• Current massage therapy licence with the College of Complementary Health Professionals of BC, or eligibility to obtain a licence before starting practice.
• Strong commitment to high-quality assessment, hands-on care, and movement-based treatment.
• Interest in working within a collaborative multidisciplinary environment.
• Commitment to ongoing professional, clinical, and business development.

Premium 1:1 Care

• Treat fewer than 8 clients per day in a true one-on-one care model.

• Practice in a collaborative clinical environment with ongoing case discussions and peer learning.

Compensation & Benefits

• A competitive fee split with opportunities for performance-based increases
• $1,000 in annual continuing education reimbursement, plus bonuses for successful team member referrals
