Qualifications

• Completion of a massage therapy program.
• Current membership in a recognized Alberta massage therapy professional association, or eligibility to obtain membership before starting practice.
• Strong commitment to high-quality assessment, hands-on care, and movement-based treatment.
• Interest in working within a collaborative multidisciplinary environment.
• Commitment to ongoing professional, clinical, and business development.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with clients and teammates.

Responsibilities

• Provide true one-on-one care with fewer than 8 clients per day.
• Deliver movement-based assessment and hands-on treatments.
• Participate in case discussions and peer learning within a collaborative clinical environment.
• Build and maintain a sustainable caseload within the premium 1:1 care model.
