Job summary

CBI Health, Windsor Tecumseh clinic, is seeking a Registered Massage Therapist to build your practice as an independent contractor within our rehabilitation setting.

You will perform assessments and treat clients, participate in a multidisciplinary team, and maintain treatment notes. The role offers flexible hours, excellent administrative support, and competitive compensation with a 60–65% fee split.

Qualifications

• Registration in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in massage therapy is an asset.
• Capacity to exceed client expectations during treatment.

Responsibilities

• Perform assessments and treat clients referred for massage therapy.
• Contribute to a team that provides massage therapy as part of rehabilitation.
• Communicate goals and expectations of treatment to clients and the treatment team.
• Maintain records of assessments and treatment notes.

As a Registered Massage Therapist based at our Windsor Tecumseh clinic, you'll have ample opportunity to build and grow your massage therapy business as an independent contractor in a well-supported rehabilitation setting.

Fee split:

60%-65%

What You Need To Be Successful

• Registration in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario
• The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• The ability to facilitate our clients' needs by exceeding their expectations.
• Relevant experience is a definite an asset.
