Job summary

CBI Health Group is seeking a Registered Massage Therapist in Windsor, ON to join our Tecumseh clinic as an independent contractor. Build and grow your massage therapy practice within a well-supported rehabilitation setting, with a 60%–65% fee split and strong clinical and administrative backing.

You will assess and treat clients, participate in interdisciplinary care, and maintain thorough documentation while enjoying flexible hours and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Registration in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Relevant experience is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Perform assessments and treat clients referred for massage therapy.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary rehabilitation team.
• Communicate goals and treatment plans to clients and the team.
• Maintain records of assessments and treatment notes.

As a Registered Massage Therapist based at our Windsor Tecumseh clinic, you’ll have ample opportunity to build and grow your massage therapy business as an independent contractor in a well-supported rehabilitation setting.

Fee split:60%–65%

Take an inside look at what you’ll do each day

• Perform assessments and treat clients who are referred directly for massage therapy
• Contribute to a team that provides massage therapy to clients as part of their overall rehabilitation
• Communicates goals and expectations of the treatment to the clients and the rest of the treatment team
• Maintains records of massage therapy assessments and treatment notes

What you need to be successful

• Registration in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario
• The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• The ability to facilitate our clients' needs by exceeding their expectations.
• Relevant experience is a definite an asset.
