Job summary

Master Builders Solutions is seeking a field-based sales professional to grow revenue across Northern Alberta and British Columbia, promoting new products and optimizing product mix to meet customer needs.

You will support existing customers with technical sales, testing, and QA/QC, perform dispenser maintenance, and build strong relationships with industry partners. This role requires travel and a hands-on, collaborative approach to drive success.

Qualifications

• Five years of industry experience in sales or related field.
• Concrete QA/QC experience preferred.
• Electrical and mechanical aptitude required; good computer and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Increase revenue through existing accounts via upsell and new product introduction.
• Provide product and technical support including mix design, troubleshooting, and field QA/QC.
• Dispenser repair and maintenance.
• Maintain relationships and leadership in local industry groups.
• Inform appropriate teams of competitor and market intelligence.
