Job summary

Gallagher is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive growth for Gallagher Security across two Canadian territories. You will develop regional growth strategies, grow revenue, and strengthen relationships with dealers, distributors, consultants, and key accounts.

Fluency in French and English is required to succeed in Quebec and broader markets. You will lead sales planning, forecast pipelines, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver value-led security solutions and measurable

Qualifications

5+ years of business development or sales in security systems or related tech.
Fluency in both French and English.
Experience managing dealer, distributor, or channel partner relationships.
Strong knowledge of security solutions and tech landscape.
Proven track record of meeting sales and growth targets.
Experience developing new markets geographically or across new verticals.
Strong planning, forecasting, and CRM experience.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
