Job summary

Gallagher Security is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive growth across Canada Central and East territories. The role emphasizes developing region-specific growth plans, strengthening relationships with dealers, distributors, and key accounts, and expanding Gallagher's security solutions footprint.

You will collaborate with Sales, Technical, Product, Marketing, and other teams to deliver value-led outcomes, coach regional teams, and ensure growth targets are met in a dynamic market.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in business development or sales within security systems, information technology, or a closely related technology environment.
• Fluency in both French and English.
• Experience developing and managing dealer, distributor, or channel partner relationships.
• Strong knowledge of security solutions and the wider technology landscape.
• Demonstrated experience developing key accounts and building long-term customer relationships.
• Strong track record of delivering against sales and growth targets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional sales and account strategies aligned with Gallagher Security's growth objectives.
• Drive revenue and profitability by identifying new business opportunities and growing existing key accounts.
• Develop Gallagher's presence across targeted markets, verticals, and customer segments.
• Build strong, long-term relationships with key customers, consultants, dealers, distributors, and other industry stakeholders.
• Support and develop the regional channel partner network, building strong relationships and ensuring partners have the knowledge and support they need to succeed.
• Identify customer needs and opportunities to upsell, cross-sell, and introduce appropriate Gallagher solutions.
• Act as a trusted advisor to customers, providing guidance on security solutions, technology, and industry developments.
• Lead regional sales planning, forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting, identifying opportunities and risks to performance.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to help shape regional sales strategies.
• Support major tenders and strategic opportunities, working across the business to deliver compelling, value-led solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams across Sales, Technical, Product, Marketing, and other functions to deliver strong customer outcomes.
• Lead, coach, and develop team members within the region, setting clear expectations and creating a culture of accountability, collaboration, and growth.
