Job summary

St-Amour, a partner manufacturer of industrial solutions, seeks a Regional Sales Manager to cover Quebec and the Maritimes. The role blends B2B sales development, hands-on customer support, and strategic account leadership across multiple sectors.

Travel within Quebec and the Maritimes is required to meet with OEMs, engineering firms, and end users, while maintaining CRM records and reporting on progress. A proven track record in regional sales and a Bachelor’s degree are assets.

• Ability to build and maintain executive-level relationships.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with OEMs, engineering firms and end users.
• Deliver in-person and virtual product presentations to customers.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities across sectors.
• Provide after-sales support and customer training as needed.
• Negotiate deals and close sales while meeting growth targets.
• Log activities in the CRM and report progress to management.
