Job description

The Regional SalesManager at Tribe Property Solutions Inc. is responsible for achieving the company’s revenue and customer satisfaction goals by managing and executing our regional sales strategy. You will be an influential voice in the planning of our strategies in Western Canada

We are looking for an entrepreneurial andresults-driven professional that is excited about growing this role in line with the Company’s objectives We’re looking for a driven, high-energy, and talented team player with sales experience. Established relationships with real estate developers in the Multi Family Construction sector is a bonus.

This is a fast-paced role, and we are looking for a hard-working and self-motivated person. As this role involves executive presentations& negotiations on a daily basis, the ideal candidate will haveexperience with presentations, has excellent computer skills and the ability to adapt to new responsibilities as they arise. This is a customer account development and management role with an additional focus on hunting for new business : requiring the successful candidate to initiate contact, execute on lead generation strategies, create and maintain a sales funnel, and whatever it takes to build and cultivate a portfolio. This will be a hybrid role with a mixture of working from home, office and at customer's premises.

Responsibilities

  • Conducting detailed Sales Analysis and Market / Industry research
  • Create, build and maintain a highly productive sales funnel
  • Exceed sales targets and objectives for our Real Estate Developer Software and Partnership solutions
  • Prepare and present sales reports at staff meetings
  • Conduct regular competitive market analyses to ensure that the company is well-positioned against competitors
  • Develop and maintain strategic partnerships and key networks within the industry
  • Hunt, cold-call and search for new business and sales opportunities
  • Give killer presentations, engage the audience and know our offerings inside / out
  • Manage complex sales processes with multiple stakeholders and negotiations
  • Represent Tribe at association events like BILD GTA, UDI and others
  • Create, conduct, and execute highly productive lead generation strategies
  • Adeptly communicate complex ideas and concepts to a wide audience
  • Manage complex sales process using strategic selling techniques
  • Be an integral part in the training of our customer base to ensure a great user experience and win repeat business

Qualifications

  • A strong relationship builder with a minimum 4years of enterprise sales experience - ideally working with Canadian Real Estate Developers – specifically developers of multi-family and master planned communities
  • Minimum 4years’ experience in technology sales with special consideration for sales of products geared towards real estate
  • A proven team player that fits in a goals and values-driven culture that promotes operational excellence and sustainability
  • Experience with CRM software, Hubspot, and office tools including MS Office suite skills including Word, Excel, and Outlook and be able to navigate systems
  • Excellent communication and superior presentation skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas and concepts to a wide audience
  • Knowledgeable in selling to C-level executives in the Real Estate Industry a plus.
  • Ability to travel up to 15% of the time
  • Strategic, analytical thinker, open to continuous learning, has an adaptable, “can do” attitude
  • Established network of BC builders and developers a bonus.
  • Works collaboratively with Tribe’s marketing team in delivering successful marketing, sales and growth campaigns.
