The Regional Sales Manager (“RSM”) is responsible for Vena’s sales activities and success within our mid-market segment, partnering with potential prospects and existing customer organizations in their designated geographic territory. The RSM will aim to meet or exceed sales quotas, volume, and quality of sales activities, following Vena's sales methodology.
The RSM will actively contribute to on-the-ground sales and marketing initiatives within their territory and support ongoing improvements in sales effectiveness and productivity. Collaboration across Vena’s teams—including Sales, Marketing, Professional Services, Customer Success, and Product—will be essential.
