Tremco Canada is currently seeking a Regional Sales Manager in Toronto.

Job Purpose: To manage and lead a sales team to generate sales of roofing materials and services, achieving sales and profit targets within a specific region.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and train sales staff
• Develop an annual strategic business plan; evaluate regional sales potential considering economic and environmental factors, competitor activities, and product focus
• Meet with sales representatives to align their plans with regional objectives
• Report on sales activities and regional progress related to sales and marketing goals
• Achieve regional sales targets; hire, train, and develop sales reports to optimize performance
• Support sales team during client calls, provide marketing materials, facilitate networking, and assist with seminars and events
• Coach team members on various sales techniques to enhance specification development
• Maintain relationships with roofing contractors, architects, engineers, and clients
• Participate in trade shows, conferences, and industry events to promote products and develop contacts
• Represent the company in relevant associations for networking and business development
• Ensure marketing materials are region-specific and execute local marketing activities to build the brand

Education and Skills:
