We are looking for a passionate and experienced RegionalSales Manager to join our dynamic team. Reporting to the Sr. Director, Industrial Power Sales, the Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing a team of sales representatives, and developing strategic plans to expand our market presence in the region. To be successful in this role, you need to be a results-oriented individual with excellent leadership skills and a proven track record in sales.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Develop and execute regional sales plans to achieve business objectives and sales targets.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to maximize their potential and performance.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within the region.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement effective promotional strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

What You Bring:

You will receive full product training, but a strong foundation and background in the following will set you up for success:

  • University degree in management, marketing, or a related business program.
  • 5+ years of marketing and sales experience, including at least two years in a supervisory role.
  • A solid team player that can trouble shoot, resolve issues and achieve results.
  • Experience in manufacturing/industrial sectors is an asset; knowledge of automotive after-market/battery industry is also an asset.
  • Ability to lead, motivate, and manage staff with excellent verbal and written communication skills and superior presentation skills.
  • Strong budgeting, forecasting, and negotiation skills, with proficiency in Word, Excel, and online inventory/sales management applications.

Other Considerations

  • Regular travel with a local travel and occasional travel throughout Canada and the US is required.
  • Valid G driver’s license required with a clean driving record.
  • Background checks including criminal checks, driver’s abstract and employment references will be requested
