Job summary

Koch‑Glitsch is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to join our team in Edmonton, Alberta. In this role, you will drive growth by identifying, developing, and converting new service and project opportunities across key markets, including Midstream, SAGD, and Fertilizer.

You will play a critical role in expanding recurring revenue streams through turnaround, maintenance, and upgrade opportunities while building long‑term customer relationships.

  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and ethical standards in all activities.

Your Job

Koch‑Glitsch is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to join our team in Edmonton, Alberta. In this role, you will drive growth by identifying, developing, and converting new service and project opportunities across key markets, including Midstream, SAGD, and Fertilizer. You will play a critical role in expanding recurring revenue streams through turnaround, maintenance, and upgrade opportunities while building long‑term customer relationships. Operating with a high degree of autonomy, you will plan and execute customer engagements, manage multiple opportunities across a large geographic territory, and collaborate closely with internal engineering, procurement, and operations teams.


You will collaborate with a cross‑functional team focused on delivering value‑driven solutions to customers while maintaining a strong commitment to safety, quality, and compliance.


What You Will Do

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)


  • Experience in construction, industrial, or mechanical services sales

  • Demonstrated ability to develop account plans and convert qualified opportunities into business results

  • Ability to generate profitable service and project business

  • Experience negotiating contracts and managing customer relationships

  • Able to travel 65% of the time


What Will Put You Ahead


  • Strong knowledge of turnaround and maintenance environments

  • Established network within Midstream, SAGD, Fertilizer, or similar markets

  • Ability to build technical credibility with customers and internal stakeholders

  • Experience with Salesforce CRM tools
