A DAY IN THE LIFE OF THE REGIONAL SALES MANAGER
As a Regional Sales Manager, you will lead sales operations across key regions in NE Alberta, focusing on strategic planning, customer engagement, and revenue growth. Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will develop and execute targeted sales strategies, manage key accounts, and build strong customer relationships to drive loyalty and market expansion. You'll also mentor and develop your sales team, providing coaching, performance feedback, and career development opportunities.
Your day will involve collaborating with marketing, customer service, and technical teams to deliver a unified customer experience, while using sales data and market trends to guide decision-making. You will oversee financial performance, manage budgets, and ensure the team's efforts align with business goals.
