Regional Sales Manager, Public Sector - Canada

Role Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and driven sales professional to drive revenue growth by engaging with large enterprise accounts. Regional Sales Managers are key contributors responsible for a significant share of Splunk's revenue. What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute a vision and plan for pipeline generation.
  • Consistently meet license, support, and service revenue targets.
  • Land, adopt, expand, and deepen sales opportunities.
  • Build relationships and explore business possibilities across organizational levels.
  • Establish thought leadership in machine learning and predictive analytics.
  • Manage complex deals with diverse stakeholders.
  • Utilize channels to identify and develop new opportunities.
  • Collaborate effectively with team resources.
  • Provide feedback to corporate functions.

Must-have Qualifications

  • 5+ years of enterprise software sales experience to large enterprises.
  • Reside in the greater Ottawa area (remote role).

Nice-to-have Qualifications

  • Experience with partners, channels, and alliances for sales efficiency.
  • Knowledge of IT systems, enterprise management, DevOps, security, analytics, SaaS, or Cloud software.
  • Proven success in new business development and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong executive presence, listening skills, and experience with solution selling methodologies.
