What You’ll Do

As our new Regional Sales Manager, you’ll take ownership of the Western Canada region. You will:

• Prospect new business opportunities and build strong client relationships
• Maintain and grow a portfolio of mainly industrial clients
• Achieve and exceed sales targets in your designated region
• Collaborate directly with the President and cross-functional teams to support strategic growth
• Contribute to the overall profitability and expansion of Carmel Industries

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years in industrial/B2B sales
• Regional sales experience and CRM proficiency
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Knowledge of one or more of our customer industries
• Valid driver’s license (required)
