Job summary

Samsung Electronics Canada is seeking a results‑driven marketplace and eCommerce leader to drive sales strategy, promotions, and product listings across DtC and marketplace channels.

You will partner with marketing, operations, finance, legal and PM teams to optimize pricing, launches and content, manage 300+ products yearly, and ensure compliant, high‑quality customer experiences while advancing Samsung's direct-to-consumer growth.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Marketing or Business or related field from accredited college; consumer electronics experience preferred.
• Advanced Excel, Word, PowerPoint; Omniture and Google Analytics familiarity.
• Strong analytical, persuasive, organizational and planning skills; excellent communication.
• Willing to travel overseas.

Responsibilities

• Sales strategy, KPIs, forecasting, and P&L for DtC/Marketplace.
• Develop ecosystem promotions and manage listings.
• Coordinate marketing for online marketplaces and pricing optimization.
• Manage content publishing and ensure quality.
• Ensure IP, legal, and product compliance.
• Lifecycle management of 300+ products; 100+ launches annually.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan promotions.
• Provide regular sales insights and reports to leadership.
