Reports to: President of Lev Senior Living

Job Summary:

Reporting directly to the President of Lev Senior Living, the Regional Director of Sales manages the strategic plan to drive occupancy and revenue growth across all locations. This key leader oversees the design, implementation, and enhancement of sales and marketing strategies, ensuring exceptional resident and prospect experiences. Education and training expertise are vital to this role. Managing all aspects of new business development plans, supporting crisis communication, and driving the brand experience are also aspects of this role.

Key areas of Accountability:
  1. Develop corporate strategies prioritizing overall occupancy and revenue growth.
  2. Oversee the company’s regional sales plans and refine the strategy accordingly, including training, team adjustments, or budget re-allocation.
  3. Conduct regular site audits of each property to maintain high standards.
  4. Plan and execute public communications, ground-breaking events, grand openings, and corporate events.
  5. Direct and monitor the approved annual sales & marketing plans.
  6. Monitor industry trends, oversee websites, and cultivate business partnerships to drive growth.
  7. Support community events to enhance resident and prospect experiences.
  8. Collaborate with the development team on market demographics, suite matrix, and innovation and design.
  9. Participate as an integral member of the Executive Leadership Team, strategizing on overall company revenue and growth.
Education and Training:

Train and mentor GMs and management teams on effective sales processes. Conduct prospect meetings and foster a collaborative sales culture. Provide ongoing coaching, mentoring, and feedback to enhance team performance.

Reporting, Analytics, and Financials:

Review sales metrics, analyze market rates and per square foot rates, generate occupancy reports, and utilize analytics tools for decision-making. Support budgeting and forecasting processes, and analyze revenue data for strategic improvements.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Extensive senior leadership experience in sales and marketing within the senior living or related industry.
  • Strong leadership, strategic planning, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM, analytics tools, digital marketing, and social media platforms.
  • Proven ability to drive sales growth, improve customer experience, and lead teams.
  • Financial acumen for budgeting and projections.
