Regional Director of Sales







Position: Full Time, Permanent




Reports to: President of Lev Senior Living







Job Summary:




Reporting directly to the President of Lev Senior Living, the Regional Director of Sales manages the strategic plan to drive occupancy and revenue growth across all locations. This key leader oversees the design, implementation, and enhancement of sales and marketing strategies, ensuring exceptional resident and prospect experiences. Education and training expertise are vital to this role. Managing all aspects of new business development plans, supporting crisis communication and driving the brand experience are also aspects of this role.




Key areas of Accountability:




Sales Focused:






  • Develop corporate strategies prioritizing overall occupancy and revenue growth.








  • Oversee the company’s regional sales plans and refine the strategy accordingly. This may mean training, replacing team members or re-allocating the budget.








  • Conduct regular 'sight audits' of each property to maintain high standards.








  • Plan and execute public communications and strategize ground-breaking, grand openings, and corporate events.








  • Direct and monitor the approved annual sales & marketing plans.








  • Monitor industry trends, oversee websites, and cultivate business partnerships to drive growth.








  • Support the planning and execution of community events by serving as a valuable resource to enrich the overall resident and prospect experience.










  • Works collaboratively with the development team supporting market demographics, suite matrix and innovation and design.








  • Integral Executive Leadership Team member strategizing and collaborating on overall company revenue and growth.






Education and Training:






  • Train and mentor GMs and management teams on effective sales processes to cultivate excellent prospect experiences.








  • Conduct prospect advance meetings at the leadership team at each residence and foster a collaborative sales culture.








  • Provide ongoing coaching, mentoring, and feedback to Sales Managers and GMs to enhance performance.






Reporting, Analytics, and Financials:






  • Review sales metrics and hold Sales Managers accountable for outcomes, collaborating with GMs for improvement.




  • Analyze & determine market rates for every suite type and service annually to ensure pricing strategies align with industry standards.








  • Evaluate per square foot rates and other relevant metrics to optimize pricing models.








  • Generate occupancy and metric reports, conduct trend analysis, and utilize Google Analytics for data-driven decision-making.










  • Support GMs in annual sales budgeting and forecasting.








  • Provide analytical and financial data support to address stakeholder query.








  • Conduct ancillary service audits, revenue reviews, and assist in evaluating proformas for new builds.






Qualifications:






  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field.








  • Extensive experience in senior leadership roles within sales and marketing in the senior living or related industry.








  • Exceptional leadership, strategic planning, and communication skills.








  • Above average proficiency in CRM software, analytics tools, and digital marketing and social media platforms.








  • Proven ability to drive sales growth, enhance customer experiences, and lead teams effectively.








  • Demonstrate financial acumen for budgeting and projecting.
