The Role

The Sales Consultant will handle all Trail Appliances customers promptly and courteously to ascertain and meet their appliance / product needs. Sales staff will establish and maintain a satisfactory level of ongoing customer prospecting and achieve an acceptable level of sales.

What You Will Be Doing

Your responsibilities include :

• Meet and exceed sales goals through effective sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer service
• Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding product features, pricing, and availability
• Establish an ongoing prospecting system
• Accurately process orders through systems, process customer payments, and successfully resolve customer problems
• Assist with inventory management, including ordering, stocking, and organizing products
• Supply specifications of products to trades involved in the customer's new home or renovation project

To be successful in this role you must exhibit :

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and problem solve
• Ability to work well with others
• Basic computer skills

Compensation

As a commissioned Sales Representative, you will have the opportunity to earn a competitive income, with an average earning potential of $60,000 to $90,000. Some top performers earn over $150,000.
