Job summary

Tree of Life Canada ULC is seeking an administrative & sales support professional in Canada to back Regional Customer Development. You will collaborate with account teams, field sales, brand, supply chain and customer service to improve sales efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications

• University degree in business or marketing and 1 year of CPG experience preferred.
• Must be able to read, write, speak and comprehend English.
• Proficient in MS Office—Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Support and participate in food safety programs including SQF.
• Manage internal promotional tracking portal with financial and inventory attachments.
• Manage all Account Specific portals with a focus on Retail Link for Walmart.
• Work with Retail Development Team to inform Territory Associates of store initiatives.
• Prepare and/or assist in Sales Presentations and Sell Sheets for Team Lead.
• Maintain internal documents and file folders.
• Assist in promotional analysis, ROI calculations and forecasting.
• Back up daily Purchase Orders when needed.
