Reporting to the Sales Shared Services Supervisor, the primary responsibility for the position is to provide administrative & sales support to the Regional Customer Development team while working within a shared services team. This position collaborates cross functionally with the account, field sales, brand, supply chain, warehouse & customer service. The position supports both the warehouse and DSD route to markets. This regional position is actively involved in building positive retailer and supplier relationships while actively participating in improving sales efficiencies, timeliness, accuracy and processes. The base compensation range for this role is $55,000 CAD - $72,000 CAD. Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual’s knowledge, skills and experience with consideration given to internal equity. Base pay is one part of a comprehensive Total Reward program which also includes flexible and supportive benefits and other wellbeing programs. This role may also be eligible for an Annual Bonus based on a combination of enterprise and individual performance.
