Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Property Operations Managers on capital plans, sustainability projects, monthly reporting, and property meetings.
• Participate and present at co-venture meetings, virtually or in-person.
• Conduct regular property inspections and oversee janitorial, maintenance, and security services.
• Lead long-term planning for repairs, replacements, and capital improvements.
• Manage procurement and contracts for services like snow removal, landscaping, and cleaning.
• Address tenant concerns promptly, providing follow-up and support.
• Oversee tenant initiatives related to insurance, legal, environmental, and energy programs.
• Assist with leasing activities, including new leases, renewals, and showing units.
• Monitor lease compliance, resolve issues, and advise on tenancy stability.
• Support accounts receivable and payable processes.
• Contribute to financial reporting, forecasting, and year-end statements.
• Assist with lease documentation and tenant billing.
• Monitor expenses, analyze variances, and recommend corrective actions.

Qualifications
