  • Develop and execute strategies to maximize parts profitability, efficiency, and customer satisfaction across all dealerships.
  • Oversee national inventory control, including forecasting, stocking, distribution, and obsolescence management.
  • Track and review month end Parts reconciliations, reporting any anomalies or concerns to the Fixed Operations team.
  • Work with AutoCanada’s Procurement Team to negotiate national supplier and manufacturer agreements that deliver cost savings and consistency.
  • Implement systems and best practices to optimize fill rates, reduce carrying costs, and improve turnaround times.
  • Standardize processes and procedures across all dealership parts departments to ensure consistency and compliance.
  • Partner with Fixed Operations leaders (Directors & GMs) to improve efficiency and streamline workflows.
  • Support our Collision Centres by ensuring parts availability, efficient processes, and collaboration between service and collision teams.
  • Conduct audits and reviews to identify gaps and implement corrective actions.
  • Monitor performance by region and dealership, providing actionable insights to improve results.
  • Lead initiatives to maximize parts sales through retail, wholesale, and internal service channels.
  • Drive growth in retail and wholesale parts performance across all regions by developing strategies, tracking KPIs, and identifying new opportunities.
  • Mentor and develop Parts Managers, fostering a culture of accountability, customer service, and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure parts operations consistently meet or exceed customer expectations across all stores.
Qualifications
  • 7+ years of progressive experience in automotive parts operations, including leadership at a regional or national level.
  • Extensive inventory management and forecasting experience, with proven ability to optimize fill rates and control costs.
  • Strong working knowledge of CDK and other dealership management systems.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills — outgoing, social, and able to influence at all levels of the organization.
  • Proven ability to develop, mentor, and inspire teams across multiple locations.
  • A track record of building strong supplier/manufacturer relationships and negotiating successful agreements.
  • Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
Perks
  • Competitive Compensation and Benefits Package

  • Employee and Family Assistance Programs
  • Paid holiday and flex time for full-time AutoCanada employees
