Job summary

Paladin Airport Security Services Ltd. is recruiting a Manager, Regional Operations to lead operations at the Regina Airport.

The role focuses on customer service excellence, training delivery, and workforce management across the regional staffing and screening functions. The successful candidate will coordinate with Field Managers, manage onboarding and disciplinary interventions, and travel regionally as required to ensure safe, efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in aviation management, business administration or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in aviation security.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Support front line customer service excellence by responding to complaints as they are escalated.
• Work with People and Culture to ensure delivery of training and support employee success.
• Build a strong, engaged workforce; collaborate with Labour Relations and Employee Care on investigations and performance.
