BBA Consultants in Labrador City seeks an Office Director to lead operations, grow the local team and drive business development across Labrador West, with support from the St. John’s office.

You will guide multidisciplinary engineering projects in mining, metals, energy and renewables, strengthen client relationships, and mentor staff toward safety and excellence. Reporting to the VP, Québec and Atlantic Operations, you will shape strategy and expansion.

Qualifikationen

• University degree in engineering or diploma in a relevant program of study.
• At least 10 years of relevant experience in a consulting engineering firm.
• Experience and interest in business development.
• In-depth knowledge of multidisciplinary engineering within the mining industry.
• Experience in engaging and managing multidisciplinary work teams.
• Excellent soft skills and collaborative management skills.
• Experience in organizational development.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
