Job summary

Southern Health-Santé Sud is seeking a Materials Management Technician Non-Certified to support the Logistics & Supply Chain Management team in Portage la Prairie. The role covers ordering, receiving, storage, distribution and delivery of supplies and equipment across regional sites, with driving between sites as needed.

The incumbent will prioritize tasks, maintain accurate records, and uphold WHMIS/TDG and safety standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum one-year relevant experience in a Supply Chain environment.
• Knowledge of WHMIS and TDG.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment.
• Must have a valid Class 5 driver’s license and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Order, receive, store, distribute and deliver supplies and equipment for regional facilities.
• Drive between sites as required.
• Provide customer service to Southern Health-Santé Sud sites and programs.
• Maintain accurate records and inventory.
