Qualifications

  • 4 years’ experience in Sales (required).
  • Experience in analytics-based sales organizations preferred.
  • BS in Business Admin or related field preferred.
  • Experience working in the construction/industrial equipment sector is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Structure sales territories within the region to optimize coverage.
  • Lead regional business reviews and forecast categories.
  • Coach, develop, and retain regional sales staff through coaching and appraisals.
  • Manage budgets, promotions, and CRM processes across the region.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and partners.
  • Provide input for marketing promotions and product strategies.

This position is critical for ensuring our competitive advantage by driving regional sales growth.
