United Services Group is seeking an experienced operations leader in Brampton to oversee janitorial services for a designated region. You will manage and coordinate the customer scope of work and a mobile workforce to deliver exceptional cleaning services.

The role emphasizes revenue growth with current customers, staff training on WHMIS, safety, and company standards, and collaboration with senior management to improve processes and profitability.

Qualifications

• Degree in business administration or related field.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in the Janitorial industry or similar operational environment.
• 3–5 years’ experience in a supervisory role.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement plans for customer scope of work in the designated area.
• Build strong relationships with customers and subcontractors.
• Train subcontractors and employees on WHMIS, Health & Safety, and United cleaning training.
• Lead process initiatives with senior management to identify trends and gaps.
• Analyze store budgets, monitor expenses, and develop strategies to reduce costs and increase profitability.
• Oversee transitions of new business at customer locations per transition process.
• Support hiring, recruitment, training, performance management, and subcontractor terminations.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety policies and legislation.
