Job summary

United Services Group in Brampton, ON is seeking an experienced Janitorial Operations Manager to lead, coordinate and implement daily janitorial services across multiple store locations within the designated area.

You will manage budgets, drive customer satisfaction, supervise partners and cleaners, ensure quality standards and safety compliance, and align with company processes.

A degree in business administration or related field and 5+ years in janitorial operations are preferred.

Qualifications

• Degree in business administration or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the janitorial industry or similar operations.
• 3–5 years’ supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily store/area operations and ensure KPI achievement.
• Coordinate budgeting, cost controls, and revenue opportunities.
• Manage customer relationships and communications at store level.
• Oversee training, quality standards, audits and partner performance.
• Support recruitment, onboarding and development of cleaners and partners.
