Job summary

gategroup is seeking a Regional Business Engagement Manager to support and execute IT business strategy for the assigned region, ensuring IT services meet business needs. You will serve as the primary IT business liaison, promote IT capabilities, manage stakeholder relationships, and help define opportunities, investments, and roadmaps that align with global standards and local priorities.

This role requires strong leadership and coordination across teams and partners.

Qualifications

• Experience managing multiple priorities based on changing business needs.

• Commercial awareness and ability to represent business issues effectively to the IT community.

Responsibilities

• Deploy IT roadmaps and oversee solutions implementation.
• Assist in developing roadmaps and demands for investment approval and scheduling.
• Collaborate with regional and country management on annual budgets.
• Support business cases for new IT investments and IT topics.
• Analyze business requirements and recommend IT solutions.
• Create information and develop recommendations for senior management.
• Act as liaison between IT and business across functional areas and manage vendors.
• Coordinate resources to implement solutions and ensure alignment with standards.
• Manage change in business priorities and IT service levels to meet demand.
• Monitor and report IT service performance and issues clearly and promptly.
