Job summary

CAA Insurance is seeking an Associate to provide knowledgeable and efficient customer service to clients in person or by phone, offering insurance advice and processing policy changes. The role involves meeting sales standards and contributing to team initiatives.

Ideal candidates have 3 years of insurance experience and hold a General Insurance license; post-secondary education or CIP progress is an asset. Hybrid work and competitive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills both oral and written.
• Post-secondary education in a related field, and/or working towards CIP designation is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Provide knowledgeable, effective and efficient customer service to clients in person or on the phone, offering insurance advice, processing policy changes and entering changes directly into the insurance computer system.
• Achieve sales goals by working within department standards for quality.
• In conjunction with Supervisors, participate and provide input into team meetings, standards, procedures and special projects.
