Job summary

GreenShield Canada is seeking a Licensed Insurance Advisor for a hybrid role with 2 days per week in our Toronto office. The position supports Individual insurance clients, aiming to meet sales and retention targets through a needs-based approach that puts customers first.

Base salary ranges CAD 67,517 to 84,396, with LLQP licensing and ongoing CE credits required. Prior insurance sales and call-center experience are highly valued as you build relationships and cross-sell products.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary degree or diploma or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years in sales or retention in a call center environment.
• Experience in insurance sales is a plus.
• Full LLQP/HLLQP for at least two consecutive years.
• Ability to secure additional provincial licensing within the first three months of employment.
• Familiar with health & dental, travel insurance products and their client value.
• Experience with call center methodologies and tools.

Responsibilities

• Support potential and existing Individual insurance clients and meet sales and retention targets.
• Acquire new clients, retain existing ones, and build client relationships; support cross selling.
• Work with in-house sales centre and collaborate with other lines of business as needed.
• Maintain client CRM and telephony data; deliver first-class customer experience.
• Adhere to LLQP licensing requirements and CE credits; stay compliant.
