Responsibilities

• Lead technical support, field service, and training for Daikin products within the assigned regional service area.
• Conduct VRV/VRF system diagnostics, performance evaluations, and field investigations.
• Apply refrigeration and air-conditioning knowledge to resolve issues.
• Perform job-site visits to evaluate installation quality and system operation.
• Validate installations using engineering and service manuals.
• Gather Voice of Customer insights to identify early quality trends.
• Complete field service reports to support product integrity.
• Support service bulletins, corrective actions, and warranty processes.
• Provide technical training to dealers, contractors, and distributor trainers.
• Troubleshoot HVAC systems remotely and assist in escalations.
• Participate in regional projects and support sales growth through technical expertise.
