Job summary

Vertiv Vancouver is seeking a Field Services HVAC Representative to service, install, and Commission Liebert cooling products at customer sites. You will engage with customers, coordinate with CRC and district offices, and maintain communications with your direct manager.

The role requires hands-on field work, travel, and adherence to safety and reporting standards. Strong troubleshooting, planning, and communication skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Must have High School Diploma or HVAC Trade Credentials.
• 313A 4th Year Apprentice or 313A Journey Man.
• 3-5 years relevant industry/commercial experience.

Responsibilities

• Follow supervisor guidance to complete assigned tasks.
• Perform various on-site service tasks and support customers.
• Work under supervision or independently as trained.
• Provide on-site and phone assistance to customers.
• Coordinate with Technical Support on equipment issues.
• Perform scheduled maintenance per company guidelines.
• Implement Field Change Notices (FCN) per guidelines.
• Keep up to date with Safety Bulletins and Field Change Notices.
• Provide accurate and timely reporting per company guidelines.
• Complete timecards, expense and mileage reports as required.
