• Cultivate high-value partnerships with top mortgage brokers in the Greater Vancouver Area.
• Provide expert guidance on CMLS products and credit policies to brokers.
• Provide on-site support, training, and troubleshooting for brokers.
• Monitor deal flow and coordinate with underwriting and risk teams for a frictionless experience.
• Structure complex files with brokers to meet credit standards.
• Drive regional volume and ownership of funding targets.
