Job summary

Mosaic Sales Solutions Canada Operating Co is seeking a Regional Manager to lead a team of District Managers across the assigned region. The role focuses on strong program execution, exceptional client service, and driving regional performance from a home office with travel to client sites and Mosaic HQ as needed.

You will coach field teams, support merchandising initiatives, and ensure delivery of established goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum Education: High School Diploma/GED; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted leader for District Managers within the region, providing direction and accountability.
• Oversee ongoing merchandising, brand ambassador, and field execution services to meet client expectations and program standards.
• Build and maintain relationships with field specialists, store leadership, retailers, and client partners through clear communication.
• Recruit, interview, hire, train, coach, and develop the region’s field management team while promoting a performance-driven culture.
• Monitor reporting related to scheduling, staffing, field performance, coaching, and execution.
• Manage all aspects of training, onboarding, communication, and field execution to support regional delivery.
• Complete required reports and evaluate performance against goals and client expectations.
• Collaborate with Team Leaders to review reporting, track metrics, identify opportunities, and drive improvements.
• Communicate field issues, staffing concerns, performance gaps, and program challenges to leadership with actionable recommendations.
• Manage regional expenses and ensure compliance with policies and program guidelines.
• Travel within the territory and occasional visits to Mosaic HQ as needed.
