Qualifications

• 3–4+ years of retail sales, field leadership, or territory management experience.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and manage field-based teams.
• Strong sales acumen with a focus on driving results and execution.
• Experience managing regional operations, scheduling, and field logistics.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Sales Experts within your assigned region.
• Set clear goals, conduct regular check-ins, and manage performance through ongoing feedback and reviews.
• Drive accountability and performance across the team, addressing gaps and implementing corrective action plans.
• Support team engagement through recognition, incentives, and team-building initiatives.
• Own the delivery of retail sales performance within your region, ensuring KPIs and targets are met.
• Monitor performance, identify trends and gaps, and motivate the team to meet targets.
• Onboard new hires with product knowledge and field protocols.
• Deliver in-field coaching, shadowing, and skill development.
• Oversee scheduling, route planning, coverage, and adherence to call plans.
