Responsibilities

• Maintain leadership presence on the sales floor to achieve sales targets and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Lead implementation of store initiatives and support full operation of the business.
• Monitor sales data, identify trends, and provide recommendations to improve performance.
• Recruiting, interviewing, and training of store staff; develop team performance.
• Provide feedback and guidance to improve individual and team performance.
• Ensure compliance with Company policies and store procedures.
