Job summary

Scandinavian Building Services in Canada is seeking a Regional Director to oversee a portfolio of 12 Walmart sites across Nova Scotia. This leadership role requires strategic oversight, strong team management, and hands-on problem solving to ensure service excellence.

You will report to the Director of National Accounts, manage 4 Account Managers, travel about 60% locally with occasional regional travel, and may work from home when not visiting sites.

Qualifications

• 5 years managerial/leadership experience with mid-senior level direct reports

Responsibilities

• Lead all operational activity within your region and ensure deadlines are met
• Communicate with your team to maintain policies and KPIs and resolve performance issues
• Build strong relationships with clients by responding promptly to concerns and conducting regular check-ins
• Lead the setup of new accounts and ensure contract terms are maintained for existing accounts
• Travel 60% locally within the region and up to 10% to a larger region
