Passion Dental Group is seeking a Dental Clinic Manager to lead operations at one of our KWC locations (Kitchener, Waterloo, or Cambridge). You will drive systems, payroll, HR, and financial accuracy while delivering exceptional patient care.

This role begins with hands-on training, including time as a Dental Administrator, before stepping into full leadership across a 44-hour week in a 7-day operation. A dynamic, growth-focused leader is ideal.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of dental clinic management experience.
• 2+ years of leadership experience coaching and developing teams.
• Strong knowledge of dental billing and insurance systems.

We're looking for a Dental Clinic Manager in KWC

We are looking for a highly seasoned, driven, and strategic Clinic Manager.

Role Details

• Position: Full-Time Clinic Manager
• Location: KWC Region - Placement at 1 of our 3 locations (Kitchener, Waterloo, or Cambridge)
• Schedule: 44 hours/week (clinic operates 7 days/week with extended hours; schedule set with Regional Director)
• Compensation: $75,000 - $85,000 annually

About the Opportunity

We're building a bench of exceptional leaders to take ownership of our growing network of clinics. This role is ideal for someone who is confident, energetic, and excited by the challenge of scaling a new practice.

As part of our unique leadership philosophy, you'll begin with hands-on training, including 1-2 months as a Dental Administrator, giving you a deep understanding of our patient experience and operations before stepping fully into leadership.
