Responsibilities

• Grow and manage the region's growth and performance.
• Lead, develop and hold accountable wholesalers (RVPs, BDMs, BDA) to expand TDAM's footprint.
• Attract, develop and retain talent.
• Develop and share best practices on sales, marketing, portfolio construction, and business development.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to maximize distribution effectiveness.
• Stay current on markets, regulations, and industry changes.
• Develop strong COIs to support the region.
• Provide input on annual sales targets and compensation programs.
