Qualifications

• 4+ years of demonstrated experience or Bachelor's Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) of Science degree. We prioritize practical experience and relevant skills.
• 2+ years of solution selling experience.
• DL NUMBER - Driver License, Valid and in State Must possess a valid driver's license for a minimum of 12 months, with no major or frequent traffic violations included.

Responsibilities

• Link our Digital Services offerings with our Customer for Life strategy.
• Identify potential opportunities with existing and new customers.
• Maintain strong knowledge of Controls Service Agreement base; quantify and target opportunities based on deep customer knowledge.
• Gather and validate preliminary information and perform facility walkthrough, construction plan review or other requirements.
• Determine project needs, constraints, and responsibilities to meet all of the customer’s HVAC system design and installation requirements.
• Develop and execute an account specific business plan to identify the long-term, mutual support requirements required to facilitate a strong, profitable and successful partnership.
• Meet or exceed gross margin requirements.
• Travel to customer job sites is required, which may include outdoor work and/or work in mechanical/equipment rooms.
